The instructions were clear for the most part. I got through it fine, but there were a couple tiny details that felt like they were missing or not explained super well.

I had to send something back the whole process was way easier than I expected. I emailed them, they replied with clear instructions, and once they received it, my refund came through quickly. There wasn’t any annoying back and forth, which I really appreciated. Based on how smoothly they handled it, I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I’m really happy with how quiet this machine is. Compared to my old one and a few other nail drills I’ve tried, this is way less noisy. I can do my nails at night now without anyone in the house complaining, which is a huge plus.

I can get through a few nail sessions before I have to charge it, which is really handy because I don’t have to stop halfway through. That was my biggest concern, but it hasn’t died on me mid-use at all. Charging is simple too, so overall it’s been easy and practical to use

I picked up this MelodySusie nail drill the motor is solid for the price. I don’t have the patience for tools that slow down the second they hit harder gel, and this one holds up better than I expected. It does get a bit warm if I use it for a while, which is kind of annoying, but it hasn’t been a dealbreaker. For doing my nails at home, it’s been reliable enough. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ve been using these bits and they’re decent. They work well enough for most jobs, though I wouldn’t say they’re amazing or anything, but for the price, they do the job. The last one held up okay, not perfect, but not bad either.

It wasn’t next-day fast or anything, but still quick. I guess I was just a little disappointed because I expected the whole experience to feel a bit more impressive, but the delivery itself was fine overall.

It works fine overall, so I can’t really complain too much. After using it a few times though, the material started to feel kind of cheap, like that part just isn’t as solid as I expected. For the price, it’s okay.

I’m taking off one star just because of the wait, but they handled it fine. They were polite, clear, and I’m completely sure there wasn’t any runaround, just a slower refund process than I would’ve liked.

I picked up these extra sanding bands for my MelodySusie drill, and they slipped on just fine with no fuss. They also worked with some of my older bits, which was a nice bonus. For what I needed them for, I’m happy with them.

I’ve been using this nail drill at home for gel removal, it works well. It has enough power, isn’t too loud, and it’s comfortable to hold once you get the hang of it. The speed settings took me a little while to figure out, but that wasn’t a huge deal. My main complaint is the cord, it really should be longer. It makes it awkward to use unless you’re sitting right next to an outlet, and I feel like that’s something the company should acknowledge or apologize for because it’s inconvenient. Overall, I’m happy with the drill, but that cord definitely takes away from the experience.

I’ve had this for about a year now, and it’s still working great. I’ve dropped it twice, twice, and somehow it’s still holding up with no issues...

I thought this thing was going to turn into a tiny furnace after a while, but nope, it handled the heat like a champ. I used it for a long stretch, and it still felt totally comfortable the entire time. Thrilled with it, honestly.
